[If there's one thing to be said about Jack, it's that he appears to be a man of his word. At least, he hasn't failed to back up his promises to Giovanni yet, even if such things are - as yet - not enough to undo the Dog's pervasive resentment of him.
He watches, and yes it's mildly disappointing that he missed out on the begging and crying, but there's some level of enjoyment to be taken from this all the same. There's the bright splatter of blood, the sight of two men slowly dying, the slurred sputter of profanities directed at Jack which honestly hold their own reward. Entertaining enough, in the end. Something to tide him over until he can next bloody his own hands.
Then Jack pulls his pistol, and Giovanni knows how it ends without having to see it.]
